I've had a film camera sitting on my shelf for legit, YEARS. I watched Dawn and Josie's live zoom chat about film and immediately felt inspired. I enrolled in the Film Course and let me tell you, there is SO MUCH value!! I'm no longer intimidated in shooting film, and will start sneaking some film shots in my 2024 weddings. They go in depth about gear, labs, editing. They even include film presets!!!! Like WHAT?!? I'm telling you, it's the best course for anyone who's intimated by film photography but loves the nostalgic look. Nothing beats film. Film captures have so much SOUL.

The Dawn Charles x Josie Brooks film course was absolutely AMAZING. It was everything that I didn't know I needed, I finished this whole module in 1 day & I feel like I've learned so much about film photography to the point where I am just so excited to plan some shoots on a couple rolls of film. Going into this course I had a basic knowledge of film. & I wasn't crazy confident about shooting it. But hearing from a such an amazing film photographer like Josie speak about the mindset of shooting film, gave me more insight to just go for it & appreciate the art instead of trying to make crazy perfect like digital . What really sets this course apart from others was the modules about the marketing/business side of film and the shooting/editing side it all comes together to get you prepared to shoot right away . I highly recommend this course to any photographers that are trying to get more into film & elevate their business offerings.
